A friend of mine became ill and couldn’t take care of himself so we researched assisted living facilities. One was located close to where he was living. You will never guess what the monthly cost is!
This facility is owned by doctors and everything is included. The room, 3 meals a day, doctors care and treatment. The total cost is $650 a month. Try to find something close to that in the states! It would most likely cost you about $3,000 to $5,000 a month.

Testimonals:
My wife and I were thinking about investigating Costa Rica for years. We heard many good things about living there so we ordered your e-book. It was the best money we spent. It was more than helpful. Thanks much. R. Livingstone |
Wow, what a place. It is everything you said it was in your book. We used the info in the book and ended up buying a wonderful home for much less of what people had told us they were paying. Thank you so much and keep up the great work. Al Bailey |
If we didn’t have your book to look at we would have had a disaster on our hands. My husband and I went to Costa Rica to look around and make a decision on whether we would retire there. Anyway my husband got very sick while we were there and was taken to a local hospital. They saw him immediately in the emergency room and treated him for what was a mild heart attack. He recovered well and after the kind of treatment and care they gave us we decided we are moving there to retire. You know what the bill was for an x-ray, blood tests, electrocardiogram, and medication, Nothing! They didn’t charge us a dime. In the U.S. they wouldn’t have even seen him if we didn’t have ample insurance. What a country. Thank you so much and God bless you and Costa Rica. Betty Kleintop |
Hey partner, your book is top notch for me. It saved us lots of time and did we have a great time in San Jose. Of course we lost lots of greenbacks in the Casinos but that’s not your fault, we still had fun anyway. Y’all keep up the great work. We’ll be back to get even in the Casinos, who knows may even retire there. Hey we love that gallo pinto stuff, it’s the best rice and beans that’s ended up in my belly. Billy Dardin |
I followed your advice and checked out Costa Rica. I think your book is very accurate and being single I find that there is more to offer than I ever dreamed of. I am going to retire next year and I find that age doesn’t matter there. I met some very interesting gals that seemed very sincere. The best, |
